We are so excited to promote our Multicultural Night on Friday April 24th, 2026! These events are awesome because they bring together students, families, and staff to celebrate the incredible diversity that makes our school so special. When we come together to share our cultures, we create a deeper sense of unity just as many unique states make one great country, our many backgrounds make one great school community. How you can help make this event a success is by: Coming to the interest meeting on 10/8. Get involved through volunteering. Event will include different foods, art, music, and displays! Let's make this a night where every student sees their culture celebrated and every family feels they belong. Together, we can turn this into one of the most memorable events of the year!

COMING UP! Parents, WE NEED YOUR HELP! We will be hosting a multicultural night on Friday April 24, 2026. We'd love to honor different cultures, We CANNOT do this without you. Our first meeting will be WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 8TH 2025, 8-8:45AM IN ROOM 7.

Ms. Ryan will be hosting our fall bookfair September 29th-October 3rd. Teachers will notify you with times their students visit. If interested, please let your student's teacher know if you'd like to volunteer. You can also let the office know, or Ms. Ryan. It takes a village & our librarian would really appreciate YOUR help. We couldn't do this without YOU!!! Bookfair will also be open after school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:30-3:30. (MAKE SURE TO CHECK-IN WITH YOUR I.D. TO OUR FRONT OFFICE, THANK YOU!) Welcome Back Superstars! We're SO excited to have you back! Hope you all had an amazing summer. School will resume 8/4 at 7:50. Gates will open for breakfast at 7:20 EVERYDAY. Superstars, we hope you're ready for an OUT OF THIS WORLD year. Make sure to remember your 3 B's... BE RESPECTFUL BE RESPONSIBLE BE SAFE This is going to be a great year!

All parents/guardians must complete Data Confirmation for each of their children before the start of school. Your child’s teacher will be posted in Aeries no later than 4pm on July 31st. Data Confirmation is the annual online process that requires parents and guardians to review, update, and confirm essential student and family information. This process helps to ensure the school district and each school site has accurate and current details for each enrolled Chino Valley USD student. During Data Confirmation, families will be able to edit and review information such as: Emergency Contacts Medical Conditions Authorizations District Policies To complete the Data Confirmation process, parents/guardians MUST be logged into their Aeries Parent Portal account.
